It means what it says! If you are unhappy with your clothing purchase for ANY REASON, simply let us know via phone or email within thirty days after DELIVERY to you, and we'll EITHER replace your item OR give you a full refund.

There is no need to return the item you want replaced, but we would appreciate your sending a photo of the particular problem that occurred and/or and explanation of why you are unhappy with your purchase. (optional).

After 30 days? Let us know the problem with your item and we'll do our best to work out a solution.

30-day Guarantee of perfect condition: 


Any printed to order product that arrives in less than perfect condition will be replaced upon your notifying us and including a clear photograph of the product showing the flaw or damage. you must contact us within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. 


There is no need to return the damaged item. 


Otherwise, sales of printed to order products are FINAL.
